Icons for accessibility features
SVT uses a set of icons to help our users find accessibility features such as sign language interpretation and subtitling. They have been designed as a part of SVT’s design system. Here are a few things to keep in mind when using them.
The icons have been designed to convey their meanings as clearly as possible. However, the concepts they represent are complex, so to make them understandable, use them in combination with the name of the feature written out whenever possible.
The icons are available as illustrator files with stroked lines, which means the line stroke (thickness) can be adjusted to fit the needs of different screens.
