The Crown Princess Couple visits Australia and New Zealand to promote the good relations but also address issues concerning biodiversity and climate change as they meet koalas rescued from forest fires. The Crown Princess also joins the Minister for Climate and the Environment on a trip to Svalbard where they visit the ice breaker Odin, newly returned from a research exhibition investigating the melting ice of The Arctic.
